North Muskegon Waterfront Property
(On site of former Willbrandt Farms)

Fifty acres at the east end of Bear Lake in North Muskegon, Michigan, offer a rich setting for residential and commercial development. There are ten acres on high ground: 6.5 east of Witham Drive with room for 40-plus units, and 3.5 west of Witham providing space for 20-plus units. A quad and a duplex condo currently occupy a portion of the west side. Both east and west properties are zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development). The property is located in a top-rated Muskegon County school district, five miles from Lake Michigan. This is a perfect setting for a restaurant and/or small shops in addition to condos.
A nature walk circles the property with abundant native plants including dogwood, willow, elder, sumac, viburnum and blackberry. Swans, turtles, deer, herons, geese, and many other species of birds are among the area's wildlife. Sunsets are breathtaking.
Contact the owners, Doug and Marcia Willbrandt, through their web site: Bay Ridge Condominiums.
