V-Mail

March 28, 1945

France

Dear honey;

     How are my darlings tonight? I’m feeling fine.

I haven’t had any mail for a couple of days now.

     I couldn’t think of anything to write about so

I thought that this would be a good time to write

V-mail. I don’t think it makes much difference.

Your air mail comes faster than V-mail.

     We are having our spring rains now I guess.

It’s been pretty wet for a few days now. I’m glad

I’m not on guard tonight.

     How is Chuckie coming with his lessons? Are

his ears all better now? I hope so. Take good care

of yourselves darling. Lots of love for my darlings.

I’ll try to write more tomorrow. Goodnight darling.

                                        Your loving husband

                                                 Clarence
